I offer telehealth counselling, which is counselling online or via telephone. This has certain benefits for you:

o There is no need to leave your safe space; entering a counsellor’s office can be quite daunting for some
o You choose where to have your counselling session; as long as there is good internet, safety and privacy you’ve got it covered
o It saves travel time and parking costs
o You can receive counselling also when you live remote or interstate
Telehealth Counselling
No GP Referral Required
You don’t need a referral from your doctor to receive counselling at Reset Counselling Services; self referral is all you need. This is in accordance with my values as a strength-based counsellor; finding the right counsellor for yourself on your own accord is very empowering and is definitely a strength.

Payment of fees is required via bank transfer prior to your session.
My sessions are not covered by Medicare. However, Reset Counselling Services is a Registered Provider for the following Private Health Funds:

Cancellation Policy
Unforeseen things do happen in life and if you need to cancel a counselling session please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment so that your time slot can be offered to another client. For cancellation within 24 hours of your session 75% of your counselling fee will be payable, unless agreed otherwise.
